: Network Changes in Speed Post Operations.
According to instructions
contained in Directorate e mail dated
07.05.13, Berhampur IC Hub (Odisha Circle)
has been up- graded to National Sorting Hub and Nagercoil Sorting Hub
has been converted to an Intra Circle
Hub.
The
newly created Berhampur (Odisha) Sorting Hub would be able to close bags to all
other 88 Sorting Hubs in the country, all IC Hubs in Odisha Circle and for the
delivery Post Offices mapped to it.
All
the IC Hubs in the circle will also close bags to all the Natioal Sorting Hubs
and IC Hubs in the Circle.
Further,
Jeypore IC Hub mapped to NSH Bhubaneswar has been mapped to Berhampur Sorting
Hub.
The
booking offices under Berhampur, Aska , Phulbani Division will close 2 SP bags
for National Sorting Hub Berhampur to dispatch the Speed Post articles as
mentioned below.

The articles meant for
delivery by the same offices should be retained instead of dispatching to Intra
Circle Hub and Sorting Hub. It is requested that the PMG Berhampur Region and
SRM BG Division will make suitable arrangements for smooth functioning of the
National Sorting Hub Berhampur.

communicated vide this office e mail dated 07.05.13 following the given
guidelines.
The revised Sorting
Extract containing all the changes is enclosed here with which may kindly be
brought to the notice of the staff working at National Sorting Hubs for correct
disposal of the Speed Post articles.
The mail arrangement in
this regard is being issued separately.
This order will have effect from
08.05.13.
