      I enclosed herewith the agendas for discussion in the bi-monthly Union meeting of Postmaster General Berhampur Region scheduled to be held on 27^th March- 2012. The following officials may kindly be relived to attend the meeting in time.

AGNEDA NO: 01.03.2012: The 40% & 60% Arrears already paid to the GDS Officials as per Directorate order No: 6-1/2009-PE.II Dated:09.10.2009 but 100% audit has not yet been audited in Berhampur Region till date. Resulting The DDOs Bhawanipatna, Koraput, Rayagada and Jeypure was paid short arrears more than 80% GDS Officials and also those employees were retired from service after 09.10.2009 they are not given their arrear dues. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to all the divisional heads of our region to audit the same without any making delay.  

AGENDA NO: 02.03.2021: The Cycle maintenance allowances has been paid to the GDS Officials of Berhampur Division from February 2012 but the arrears have not been paid till date. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Berhampur Division to paid the arrears from 09.10.2009 as per directorate order NO: 6-1/2009-PE.II as soon as possible.

AGENDA NO: 03.03.2012: The DDO Berhampur was recovered ` 1000.00 (One Thousand Only) from Salary of GDS officials those who were performing the postman and MTS work with plea that the excess payment was maid  which is purely monopoly. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to the Divisional Head of Berhampur Division to stop the such type of illegal recovery.
