THE 7TH BI-ENNIAL CIRCLE CONFERENCE OF AIPEDEU WAS HELD SUCCESSFULLY

The 7th Bi-ennial Circle conference of All India Postal Extra Departmental Employees Union , Orissa Circle was held at Bhawanipatna under Kalahandi Division from 16th to 18th March 2012 and Open Session is held on 8th March 2012 at Marrige Pallace, Bhawanipatna. Com. P.P. Ranga Rao, Asst. General Secretary inaugurated the open session, Com. Nabkishore Pattnayak, Leader CPI(M) as Chief Guest, Com. R.N. Dhal Leader RJCM as Chief Speaker, Com. N.C. Singh, Circle Secretary and Com. Rakesh Swain, Divisional Secretary AIPEU Gr-C Kalahandi Division attained the conference as hon'ble Speaker. Com. Parsuram Dash, Com. N.C. Singh and Com. R.N. Sahoo elected as President, Circle Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
