Sub: Irregular recovery by DDOs from the TRCA of GDS on the plea of Audit objection request for kind inference – regarding.

Madam,

             Kindly recall our discussion in the four monthly union meeting on dated: 15^th November 2011 regarding illegal recovery of TRCA by the DDOs Khurda & Rairangpur and you assured that the recovery should be stopped. But your assurance is not implementing till date. Resulting above DDOs has been recovered ` 1000.00 (one thousand) from November TRCA illegally. From such type of activates the circle union is very much unhappy.

             Therefore I request to my CPMG Madam, to kindly intervene in to the matter personally and instruction may kindly be issued to the Divisional heads Puri and Mayurbhanj to follow the the Directorate guide line to implement the protection of TRCA otherwise the Circle Union will take necessary Trade Union Action to solve the above problems.
