      I enclosed here with the agendas for discussion in the bi-monthly union meeting with postmaster General Berhampur region scheduled to be held 27^th July 2011. The following officials may kindly be relived to attend the meeting in time.

1. Sri N.C. Singh, Circle Secretary cum GDS Packer Alba under Cuttack North Division.

2. Sri A. Venkata Rao, Asst. Circle Secretary-cum- EDMC Gosani nuagaon, Berhampur-3.

Agenda No. 01.07.11: The divisional heads under Berhampur Region are not granting the combined duty allowances those are performing the combined duty. Suitable instructions may kindly be issued to all the divisional heads of our region to grant the combined duty allowances to the eligible employees as per the Directorate Order No: 6-11/2009-PE-II Dated: 09.10.2009.

Agenda No: 02/07/11: Some GDS Posts of Berhampur Region are lying vacant since long. Our employees are facing very difficulties to manage the day to day works. The posts may kindly be filled up as soon as possible.

Agenda No: 03/07/11: All the DDOs are implementing extra departmental group insurance scheme as per recommendations of Sri R.S. Natarajmurti Committee. The committee recommended that the present monthly subscription will be enhanced to Rs.50.00 per month. And the revised subscription will be effect from TRCA payable from January 2011 but the DDOs are recovering the subscription Rs. 10.00 per month. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to all the divisional heads to enhance the subscription to Rs. 50.00 instead of Rs. 10.00 as per the directorate letter No: 6-1.2009-PE,II Dated: 09.10.2009
