GDS COURT CASE - AN UP DATE

Dear Comrades,

Large number of phone calls received by our CHQ from the GDS members and well wishers regarding the status of the case in the High Court of Delhi.

It is already informed that the Department/Government requested for some time to reply to the Notice issued by the High Court of Delhi during January, 2014.

To avoid ambiguity and doubtfulness of some quarters on the filing of the case and keeping transparency on the efforts of NFPE & AIPEU GDS (NFPE) regarding the legal battle for Departmentalization & Regularization of GDS, it is just wanted to publish the copy of the web page of High Court of Delhi on the status of the case for favour of information.

Some more details will be published soon on receipt from the concerning authorities.
