 Sub:-  Grant of combined duly allowance to the GDS staff while performing additional duties.

 I am directed to forward herewith a copy of Directorate letter No.6-1/2009-PE-II dated 20.11.2013 and its enclosure copy of letter (No. Estt/1-238/GDS committee/09 dated 24.09.2013 of MP Circle) regarding the above subject. Directorate desires the parawise comments on the letter of CPMG, MP Circle and to report as to how the issue regarding CDA is regulated in our Circle. So you are requested to offer your parawise comments on the letter of CPMG, MP Circle as to how CDA is regulated in your Region/Division.

 The reply to this letter may be submitted by 10^th December 2013 for submission of a report to Directorate.
