           In order to conduct the 12.12.12 one day strike successfully, the members of NFPE unions in Bhubaneswar Division conducted a meeting on 06.12.2012 at PRC, Bhubaneswar GPO and reviewed the preparations for the purpose with overwhelming response. All the staff members were seen committed to do or die. 

          Addressing the gathering, Com. R C Mishra, Circle Secretary, P-III and Vice-President CHQ reiterated the importance of the 15 point charter of demands and gave a clear picture of the present preparations  on all India level. Appreciating the steps taken by the Group-C members of Bhubaneswar Division in meeting the local MPs and taking initiative to strengthen the AIPEU GDS (NFPE), Com Mishra told that Bhubaneswar Division is one step ahead and so also the preparations in Odisha Circle. Com. Sudhir Kumar Swain, Divnl. Secy., AIPEU, Postman/MTS and Com. Ghanashyam Panda, Divnl. Secy, AIPEU GDS ( NFPE ) are fully determined with their members for making the strike successful. Reviewing the total activities of Bhubaneswar Division, Com. B Samal, Divnl. Secy. AIPEU, Gr.-C told that the instructions given by the Confederation , NFPE and our CHQ have been tried to be implemented to full extent as far as possible on the part of this Division. We have met the Hon'ble Members of Parliament , Loa Sabha and Rajya Sabha from all parties namely BJD, CPI and Congress and approached every one with positive results. Stressing upon individual awareness, Com. Samal appealed for total commitment to make the strike successful.
