The proposal from Chief Commercial Manager, East Coast Railway Sadan,  Chandrasekharpur  Bhubaneswar-751017 for opening of  Railway Reservation Counter through India Post in the post offices at above (Anadapur MDG, Berhampur HO, Nimapara MDG and Kujang Post offices) place has been received at this end.

In view of the above I am directed to request you kindly examine and communicate your consent /views in respect of your Unit/Division  on the matter with respect to availability of necessary infrastructure like space, lighting, staff arrangement are available for opening of  ‘India Post PRS’ at the above  location at the earliest to enable this office for submission the same to Directorate.

This is MOST URGENT.
