AGNEDA NO: 01.08.2011: The Postmaster of Chhatrapur has not drawn & disburses the enhanced dearness allowances from 1st July 2007 to the ED employees who are performing postman and Group: D work in short term vacancies (daily wages). Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to the Postmaster Chhatrapur to draw and disburse the same without any delay.
AGENDA NO: 02.08.2011: The divisional heads of our region not granting the Cycle maintenance allowances @ 60.00 per month to the ED officials those are performing duties in own bicycles as per recommendations of Sri SR Natarajmurti Committee.
AGENDA NO: 03.08.2011: The required forms like BO Journal / BO Account / Deposit & Withdrawal forms are not available in all of the BOs. This Case May kindly be seen personally and the same may kindly be supply to the BOs immediately.
