      I enclosed here with the agendas for discussion in the bi-monthly union meeting with postmaster General Sambalpur region scheduled to be held on 13.09.2011. The following officials may kindly be relived to attend the meeting in time.

1.      Sri N.C. Singh Circle Secretary cum GDS Packer Alba

2.      Bhagyadhar pasayat, divisional Secretary cum EDDA Rourkela 15.

Agenda No. 01/08/11: The divisional heads of Balangir, Keonjhar and Dhenkanal are not granting the combined duty allowances those are performing the combined duty. Suitable instructions may kindly be issued to all the divisional heads of our region to grant the combined duty allowances to the eligible employees as per the recommendations of S.R. Natarajmurti Committee.

Agenda No: 02/08/11: The Postmaster Sundergarh is not allowing the under matriculate ED employees to performing the Group: D works in short term vacancies (daily wages) violating directorate orders. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to the Postmaster Sundergarh to Allow the under matriculate ED employees to performing daily wages work.    

Agenda No: 03/08/11: The Postmasters of Sundergarh, Udit Nagar and Rourkela have drawn the first TRCA to the ED substitute instead of second TRCA violating directorate orders. Suitable instructions may kindly be issued to the above DDOs to draw the TRCA to the substitute staffs.
