Madam,
             I enclosed herewith the Agendas for discussion in the four-monthly union meeting with Chief Postmaster General, Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar, scheduled to be held on 25.04.2011. The following officials may kindly be relived in time to attend the meeting.

02. Sri Bhaskar Behera, GDS MD –cum- Asst. Circle secretary, Athantara, Balipatna, Bhubaneswar-752102

Agenda No: 01.03.2011: All the DDOs are not implementing extra Departmental Group insurance scheme as per recommendations of Sri R.S. Natarajmurti Committee. The committee recommended that the present monthly subscription will be enhance to Rs. 50.00 per month. And the revised subscription will be effect from TRCA payable from January 2010 but the DDOs are recovering the subscriptions Rs. 10.00 per month. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to the divisional Heads to enhance the Subscriptions Rs. 50.00 instead of Rs. 10.00 as per directorate order No: 6-1/2009-P, II dated 09.10.2009.

Agenda No: 02.03.2011: All the DDOs of our Circle are not showing the pay particulars likes TRCA, Increment and Dearness Allowances in the Pay role. Instruction may kindly be issued to All concerned to mention the particulars in pay role and provide  the computerized pay slip to all the Gramin Dak Sevaks.

Agenda No: 03.03.2011: All the SPMs are engaging to the GDS Packers 8 hours a day in sub post offices without any extra remuneration. Our Postal Service Board has decided that such type of practice should be stopped. Suitable instruction may kindly be issued to all the divisional Heads to fix the working hour of all GDS Packers as per directorate order No: 2-14/72-ED cell dated: 18.08.1973.
