28th All India Conferecne of All India Postal Employees Union Group C was held at PUNE ( Maharastra) from 9th January to 11th January 2011. The AIC unanimously elected a list of office bearers headed by Com. M.M.Krishnan (Kerala) as CHQ President, Com.
