Festival advance has not been increased in some circles even after the DA has reached 50%. The order is very clear that the By-cycle advance, Festival advance, Natural Calamity advance and Warm Clothing advance, shall be increased by 25% whenever the DA payable on the revised Pay structure goes up by 50%.
