The Circle JCA was held at Cuttack on 21st August 2010 under Presidentship of Com. R.C. Mishra, Circle Secretary Gr-C and All Circle Secretaries affiliated to NFPE and decided to implement the decision positively and to go on One Day strike call given by NFPE, in Orissa Circle The meeting requested to entirety of the members of NFPE and AIPEDEU to join in strike by mobilizing other members of sister unions to make the strike a grand and glorious success. The meeting also requested all Divisional Secretaries to vigorously campaign the strike programme and make their own division with full preparation to success the strike. The following tour programme has been decided.
